It’s Not Magic, It’s Science!

Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic School will hold its Science Fair on Wednesday, Feb. 1 from 5:30-8pm in McCready Hall and throughout the classrooms. Don’t miss an opportunity to see all the hard work our children have put in this year on their scientific investigations.

There will be hands-on science demonstrations for the kids to take part in. Plus, Barbara Olivieri, Science Department chair at Seton Catholic High School will conduct experiments throughout the evening, including:

• Harry Potter Meets Chemistry in a Cauldron and Stops for a Snack Along the Way
• Making Elephant Toothpaste
• A Salute to Old Glory
• Can You Make a Penny with Aluminum Foil?

As a bonus, the hallways will be decorated for our Annual Art Walk. We will also be holding an Open House that evening for prospective families, so spread the word about our wonderful school and all it has to offer.
