OLMC Home & School News is published continuously on our news blog by volunteer editors and contributors as a service to our parents. You can receive email or RSS updates whenever a new story is published by “following” our blog. Just click the Follow button on the Home page (upper right) to enter your information. A weekly reminder email is sent to all parents who have subscribed with a valid email address. You can manage your email subscriptions on the school website under the News tab.
If you have an item to submit to Home & School News, please see our submission guidelines. IMPORTANT: All articles must have approval from the school principal BEFORE publication. Be sure to plan enough time for review and approval, especially around holidays. Please allow 24-48 hours AFTER approval for your submission to appear online. This communication is made possible by your OLMC Home & School Association, a service ministry to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel School and its staff. This ministry supports programs that enrich the education of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel students, such as field trips, cultural arts programs, and classroom improvements.
Home & School coordinates all volunteer committees and promotes participation and communication in our school community. Home & School also administers the Food for Thought scrip program which funds school programs and provides tuition rebates for participating families.
