The Institute for Better Education (IBE) is an Arizona 501 (c)(3) non-profit school tuition organization (STO) established in 1998 to accept tax credit donations for private school scholarships.
By law, scholarship recipients must attend a recognized kindergarten through 12th grade school as a full-time student or, in the case of preschoolers, have a qualifying disability and an Arizona public school IEP or MET.
IBE works with several corporations, over 200 schools, and thousands of children state wide. They have the pleasure of assisting parents to provide the best education possible for their children’s unique needs. When a child is in the program that fits him or her, the child, the family, and the community win.
IBE offers four different scholarship programs: Individual, PLUS, Low-Income Corporate, and Disabled/Displaced. The 2017-2018 scholarship applications are now available at the IBE website. The first deadline for financial aid is March 31, 2017.
IBE will be on the OLMC campus to answer questions on February 14th from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. In the meantime, you can consult Rita Villegas in the parish office or contact IBE directly on their website.
