The OLMC Home & School Association is a service ministry to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel School and its staff. This ministry supports programs that enrich the education of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel students, such as field trips, cultural arts programs, and classroom improvements.
Home & School coordinates all volunteer committees and promotes participation and communication in our school community. Also administering the Food for Thought scrip program, Home & School funds vital school programs and provides tuition rebates for participating families.

OLMC Home & School News is published by volunteer editors and contributors as a service to our parents. Weekly email updates are sent to all parents who have subscribed with a valid email address. You can subscribe here, and you can manage your email subscriptions on the school’s Home page.
If you have an item to submit to OLMC Home & School News, please visit the Contact Us page and complete the form. Submissions must be received by the last day of the school week at dismissal (e.g. Friday at 3:00 p.m., Friday at 12:30 p.m. for half days, etc.). Deadlines may be sooner in the case of school holidays and in-services.
Be sure to plan enough time for administration to review and approve post requests, especially around holidays and important events (e.g. Back to school, Catholic Schools Week, Parish Festival, etc). Your submission will appear in the next newsletter following approval. Submissions are subject to editorial changes for length, grammar, and content.
