1. Principal’s Corner

Dear OLMC Community,

Thank you to all our parents who joined us for conferences last week. We look forward to continuing our shared partnership in educating our students. Please remain in touch with us for any questions you may have regarding your student’s progress.

On Friday we will host our annual Taste of Kindergarten presentation from 9-10:30 a.m. If you know of any families who have children and may be interested in joining the OLMC community, please direct them to our website for more information.

We are in the home stretch of our Thanksgiving food drive benefitting St. Vincent de Paul. Thank you to those who have already donated to help those in need.

There are multiple events taking place on campus this month. Our first book fair of the year will take place the week of November 13th and will be held in the Library. On November 18th, the Dad’s Club will host their annual Movie Night out on the field. November 22nd is our annual STEM Day. Registration is also open for the Breakfast with Saint Nick being hosted by our Home and School board on December 10th. To register, please see our website.

Sincerely,

Bruce Hermie

1. Principal’s Corner

Dear OLMC Community,hermie

This week we look forward to welcoming parents to campus Wednesday-Friday for conferences. Please remember that each of those days is a half-day with a 12:30 p.m. dismissal time. Any student not picked up by 12:45 p.m. will be sent to Kid’s Club.

Next Friday is a First Friday half-day. Students may wear jeans and OLMC spirit shirts. Jeans must be blue in color and may not have rips or tears. As always, students may wear their uniform that day if they like.

Thank you to all the members of the community who came out to celebrate the Our Lady of Fatima events with us on Thursday and Friday. It was truly a unique experience and it was wonderful that our community was selected to host the statue and participate in these events.

OLMC, in conjunction with Dr. Alan Curtis and Curtis Orthodontics, is once again sponsoring the Halloween Candy Buy Back program. Students may turn in their candy  on November 1st and 2nd. The money raised will go to our Works of Mercy Campaign, and Dr. Curtis donates all the candy he “buys” back to our troops overseas via Operation Gratitude.

Sincerely,

Bruce Hermie

Principal
